You hope that a visit to Disneyland Paris will pass without any problems, but if you do require medical help whilst in the parks or at the resort, it's good to know where it can be found. Whether you've simply got a cut or bruise that needs soothing or something more serious, take note and be safe.
First Aid rooms are located next to the Baby Care Centres in both parks and help is also available at Disney Village and Disney Hotels. Trained staff are on hand with the essential medical supplies available.
These locations will be able to help with sticking plasters, paracetamol and other requirements.
Automated External Defibrillators — or AEDs — have been installed throughout both parks in case of emergencies involving cardiac arrhythmias. You will find them nearby to Toilets at every location except in Front Lot. Check our location map for Toilets for the accurate locations.
The AEDs are also clearly parked on all park maps.
The nearest Pharmacy can be found at Val d'Europe Shopping Centre, at the entrance from Place d'Ariane and the train station. It is open every day excluding Sundays. Val d'Europe is one stop away on the RER train or a short 5-minute drive or bus ride away.
Less essential medical supplies, such as headache tablets or plasters, can be purchased from the huge Auchan hypermarket within the same shopping centre, whilst the newsagents or convenience store within the Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station at the heart of the resort may also stock some supplies.
Remember, France may have different emergency telephone numbers to your home country.
